Our client is looking for a Sheltered Scheme Manager to cover schemes in Stoke-on-Trent. This position is temporary for 3 months initially.
Your new role
The main purpose of the position is to deliver high quality and effective housing management services to the residents in Sheltered Housing.
Responsibilities will include:
1. Providing sound advice to residents around housing management issues
2. Explaining tenancy conditions
3. Tenancy sign-ups
4. Carry out viewings
5. Encouraging residential engagement
6. Keeping all records up to date
