We are looking for a customer service superstar who can lead our team of Customer Experience Coordinators in creating a positive, welcoming, friendly and efficient environment for customers and their pets. Ideal candidates will have management experience in the service/hospitality industry.
Our Customer Experience team is often the first point of contact—both in person at the reception and over the phone—making it a key role in delivering a lasting impression. The successful candidate will:
* Lead a deskless reception, guiding customers as they walk in and managing check‑in and check‑out processes on a tablet.
* Offer refreshments, create a comfortable seating area for dogs and cats, and upsell products such as the Pet Health Plan.
* Provide proactive, approachable and helpful service to achieve a 5‑star customer experience.
* Assist in continuous professional development via CPD programs (e.g., BVRA certification).
