What you will be doing * Carrying out management, refurbishment and demolition surveys * Completing asbestos in the ground surveys where required * Undertaking air monitoring, reassurance testing, and airborne fibre counting * Completing four stage clearances and challenging poor remediation when needed * Working across commercial, industrial, and public sector sites * Capturing accurate site data using tablet based systems * Producing clear, defensible reports clients can rely on * Working in line with HSG248 and HSG264 at all times * Acting as a professional, calm point of contact on site What you will need * BOHS P402, P403 and P404, or recognised equivalents * Strong working knowledge of asbestos legislation and guidance * A full UK driving licence * Confidence working independently on site * A professional, calm approach with clients and contractors
