We are seeking circuit board assembly workshop technicians. This is a great first job with our company. You will learn each process from materials control and production processing, right through to final shipment of product. Many of our senior managers began their careers in this way. We always promote from within and are always on the lookout for keen and enthusiastic colleagues. Full training will be given in the skills you will require for the assembly of our technical products.
Technician Responsibilities
* Work as a member of our experienced team reporting to Production Manager
* Operate modern equipment in one of the best equipped plants in the UK
* Ensure that quality standards are maintained throughout all stages of production
* Liaise with Management on any reoccurring quality issues and trends
Technician Requirements
· Enthusiasm to learn modern and progressive techniques
· Good attention to detail
· Reliable and conscientious and self-motivated
· Able to work effectively as part of a team
· Computer literate
· Good verbal and written communication skills
· Experience with SMD circuit board assembly preferred, but trainee positions equally available
