We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work within schools across Bradford. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced support staff, graduates, aspiring teachers, or individuals looking to gain valuable experience within education.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting pupils' learning and wellbeing, helping to create a positive and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
Supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups
Assisting teachers with the delivery of engaging and effective lessons
Encouraging student participation and engagement
Supporting pupils with additional learning, social, emotional or behavioural needs where required
Promoting positive behaviour and helping to maintain a supportive classroom environment
Recording progress and reporting any concerns to teaching staff
Upholding safeguarding procedures and school expectations at all times

✅ A patient, caring and proactive approach
✅ The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
✅ Experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential)
✅ A genuine passion for education and supporting student success
✅ A willingness to learn and develop professionally

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
