This is a field-based position requiring regular travel between services, making a full UK driving licence essential. The Role: This role will focus on delivering impactful training and supporting staff development across multiple care settings. You will play a key part in ensuring employees are confident, competent, and aligned with best practice and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate engaging induction programmes for new starters, supporting their transition into care roles. Deliver a range of mandatory and refresher training sessions in line with compliance requirements. Assess staff competencies and provide constructive feedback to support ongoing development.
