Connect Appointments are recruiting a Regional Administrator to join our Grangemouth-based client on a permanent basis!
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm
Salary: £28,000 to £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Working as a Regional Administrator, your duties will include:
* Administration, guidance, and compliance on all process procedures
* Answering client queries over telephone and email
* Processing orders and providing product quotes
* Provide general admin support to assist teams to effectively manage their projects
To be successful in this position you will have previous Administration experience, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages. Combined with the following skills, traits, and experience:
* Able to work on your own and as part of a team
* Able to follow both written and verbal instructions
* Previous experience using Sage Line 50 is beneficial
* Previous experience raising invoices is advantageous
