This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring Head of HR to join a public sector organisation with over 20 years' experience of providing high quality service to people and communities across Great Britain.
Your new role
As Head of HR, you will operate as a key member of the Senior Leadership team, taking the lead in managing and overseeing all strategic and operational aspects of Human Resources within the business. This position will drive the development and day-to-day execution of the Human Resource team while setting company-wide HR strategies for the Organisation. You will lead the Human Resource initiative to provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasises empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and Organisational growth. This individual contributes as a strategic partner in the accomplishment of departmental plans through initiatives that attract and retain talent, develop employees and leaders and align Organisational goals and objectives.

What you’ll get in return
