About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant / Admin Assistant to support one of our long-standing business partners—a forward-thinking organisation operating in the IT and cybersecurity sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 3–5 years of experience who enjoys variety in their work and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, within communting distance of Hereford, detail-oriented, and confident managing a wide range of administrative responsibilities acrossthebusiness.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-level administrative and organisational support to business partners.
* Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and oversee calendars.
* Arrange travel, bookings, and meeting logistics.
* Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
* Assist with general office management duties.
* Support HR and recruitment processes with strong administrative follow-through.
* Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, especially in a hybrid working environment.
* Liaise across teams within IT and cybersecurity contexts.
* Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
Requirements & Experience:
* 3–5 years of experience in a PA or administrative role (essential).
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
* Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
* Based within commutable distance to Hereford, with some flexibility for remote work.
