About The Role
We have an excellent opportunity available for a motivated Service Advisor to join our team at Jaguar Land Rover Maidstone.
As a Sytner Service Advisor, you will provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between our customers and the workshop. You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing, keep the customer updated at every stage, and address any questions or queries they may have. You will liaise with technicians and workshop control about vehicle statuses to ensure vehicles are ready on time. Additionally, you will offer the best advice on our products and services to our customers.
This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first. You'll take the time to engage with people, build genuine rapport, and identify exactly what our customers want and need.
Sytner Service Advisors work flexible schedules, which can include weekends, to ensure we provide the highest levels of service to our customers.
About You
If you do not have previous experience, don't worry. We welcome applications from individuals willing to learn and develop. Training is provided through our dedicated in-house Learning & Development team and manufacturer courses run by JLR to support your career growth.
Ideally, you will have excellent organisational and administrative skills with good attention to detail. A strong customer service background would be beneficial, as you will be delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a busy environment.
Knowledge of Kerridge would be advantageous but is not essential.
Please note that candidates are required to have Service Advisor experience within the automotive industry as a minimum for this role.
