This role is a hybrid role with 3 days per week required in the office near Milton Keynes.
You will:
Complete all aspects of statutory and consolidated financial reporting, assisting the Head of Group Financial Control to develop/maintain robust and futureproof financial controls across the group. You will also ensure the integration of acquisitions into the group reporting process.
Including but not limited to:
* Preparing & submitting consolidated management accounts for the Group.
* Leading delivery of the annual audit alongside the audit team including year end, technical papers and management accounts.
* Leading the preparation of all statutory accounts and additional financial reporting requirements.
* Reviewing the monthly consolidated results to explain any variances.
* Delivering the capital accounting, reporting and tracking.
* Assisting with projects as necessary, including acquisition integrations.
* Manage a small team.
You have:
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA or overseas equivalent
* Prior experience within a large accounting firm
* Prior experience in a hands on technical, group or statutory reporting role in industry
* Strong technical finance knowledge (IFRS)
* Experience within fast paced, listed business - preferred but not essential
