We're looking for a Senior Franchise Lead to manage our Subway and PTS Starbucks outlets at the University of Hertfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced hospitality leader to take the reins of a busy, hands-on operation. About the Role As the Senior Franchise Lead, you'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of both outlets. You’ll manage a team of 8 staff, driving high service standards, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering great experiences to students, staff, and visitors. This is a hands-on management role requiring strong leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.
