This role would suit someone who thrives in a busy, fast-moving environment, is well-organised, proactive and a team player with a willingness to learn. We're a close-knit team, so you'll have plenty of support from day one and full training will be provided.
What you'll be doing:-
* Answering high volume of phone calls for various parts of the business
* Processing orders
* Manging 4 busy email inboxes
* Raising and following up quotations
* Stock enquiries
* Organising/ arranging deliveries
* Responding to customer inquiries and provide information about products or services via phone and email
* Keep customers updated on the status of their order
* Working on an in house system, maintaining databases as needed
* Sourcing new leads
You'll be someone who has:
* Proven experience as a Sales Administrator/Advisor or in a similar role
* The ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
* A good work ethic and attitude
* A strong attention to detail and a well-organised approach to work
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar administrative role
* Knowledge of CRM software
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping
* Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
**37.5 hours p/w - rotating shift pattern Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm / 9am -5pm (30 minute lunch)**
