What You Will Do:
* Utilise 3D/2D CAD Software for designing new tooling and fixtures, understanding work holding principles
* Develop manufacturing processes from concept to fully validated components
* Interpret engineering CAD drawings, ensuring high quality standards and tight tolerances
* Transfer data from drawings to create BOMs and routings on an ERP system
* Formulate strategies for efficient and lean manufacturing processes
* Collaborate effectively with the production engineering team and operations staff
What You Will Bring:
* An engineering degree or equivalent with proven experience in a similar role
* Proficiency in reading and understanding CAD drawings
* A creative approach, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail
* The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
