Job Description:
Overview: First Military Recruitment is partnering with a business seeking a Motor Vehicle Apprenticeship Assessor for a 12-month contract at Lyneham depot. The role involves assessing, monitoring, and sampling to verify competency for the Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship. Responsibilities include administering documentation, conducting observations, and invigilating tests to ensure learners achieve qualifications in accordance with the Apprenticeship Framework/Standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Create and maintain an efficient work plan, practicing effective time management and cost effectiveness.
2. Present the principles and updates of the apprenticeship programme to learners and management.
3. Set and review training objectives, mentor, assess, and verify Diploma programmes with workplace learners, managing a caseload as directed, and completing frameworks promptly.
4. Review learners' progress, monitor achievement, and provide feedback.
5. Analyze learner outcomes and report findings to the Quality manager.
6. Produce reports and maintain records using computer systems.
7. Implement safety procedures and manage the supply chain to ensure high safety standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Relevant experience in a suitable environment; military experience is desirable but not essential.
* Understanding of work-based learning programmes.
* Excellent verbal, written, and IT skills.
* Strong decision-making skills.
* Proactive planning approach to achieve results.

Salary: £35,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends and call-outs (paid additionally)
