AND London is a regeneration and real estate consultancy based in Deptford and working across
London and the South East. We are a small team of
12 but have a uniquely broad service offer across the following areas: commercial; insight and research; culture and communities; placemaking; meanwhile and leasing; and brand and design.
The various services that we offer within this nebulous set of sectors include:

Our growing team is made up of built environment professionals with a wide range of expertise and professional backgrounds. The work that we do is hugely varied and no two days are the same. We work across the public and private sectors and clients include some of the world’s largest real estate developers, local authorities, funds and business improvement districts.
The sectors that we primarily work within include: large scale masterplans, residential, mixed-use, commercial, industrial, life sciences, and high streets/public realm.
We have big aspirations for 2026 and are looking to grow our team to support further growth across the business.
Who you are
You will be motivated, curious and insightful with experience working in the built environment and a passion for positively impacting communities and places.
This position sits across both the Commercial and
Communities Team who work across a growing and varied portfolio of high-profile and complex projects that generally include: placemaking strategies, ground floor strategies, and community engagement.
The ideal candidate will have around two-three years’ experience working in the built environment and an understanding of and interest in regeneration and the planning process. You will have experience and be responsible for delivering clear and compelling insight-driven strategies and high-quality and innovative programmes to support planning applications.
As a Consultant, you will have some project management expectations and this position requires a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills who can work independently and collaboratively to deliver projects to time and to a high-quality.
At the heart of what we do is work to ensure that regeneration positively impacts existing and future communities and benefits the environment. You will work across both the research and strategic elements of our work, driving research for reports including QGIS,
ONS, and utilising other platforms like CoStar, and developing vision for places.
We employ innovative techniques and strategies to guarantee positive social impact through regeneration processes. You should be somebody who can help influence our techniques and drives best practice.

Main responsibilities
* Contribute towards the production of Placemaking, Commercial, Ground Floor Strategies and Community Engagement.
* Work collaboratively within the wider team, being accountable for your deadlines and the wider project.
* Ensure that all projects meet regulatory requirements and standards, and work closely with internal and external partners to ensure compliance.
* Bring innovation and creativity to your work and continually enhance AND’s outputs
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify emerging trends and best practices and integrate these insights into our projects.
* Maintain a positive attitude and bring energy and enthusiasm to a small friendly team
* Develop skills to work towards professional development and progression, including developing client, project and team management abilities.
* Manage your own workload effectively to ensure the delivery of work on time and to a high standard.
