* Full‑time hours: 4 days in‑site, 1 day working from home
* Salary up to £43k plus benefits
Are you a passionate HR Generalist with people‑management experience, looking for an HR Manager role in a business where culture is at the forefront? The successful person will drive an enabling and empowering environment, bringing out the best in their people and providing an exceptional service to all customers. Key Responsibilities
* Driving the people strategy and aligning it with overall business objectives
* Developing and growing talent across the business, nurturing new talent
* Nurturing a people‑centred, inclusive culture where all voices are heard and people feel valued daily
* Developing creative ways to inspire and motivate the team to provide exceptional customer experience
* Supporting leaders through the talent acquisition process
* Overseeing absence management
* Build relationships with local community, charities and schools through CSR agenda
* Managing employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws, policies and procedures
Key Requirements
* At least 2 years of relevant HR management experience, or equivalent education and experience
* Experience within the hospitality sector preferred
* College courses in HR, Employment Law or related field preferred but not essential
