Your new role
As OTC Sales Director, you will lead the UK retail strategy for thepany’s OTC product portfolio. This high-impact role will focus on drivingmercial success through major supermarket chains, high street retailers, and discounters.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Strong network and existing relationships with UK retailers such as Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury’s, Boots, Superdrug, Aldi, Lidl, and Poundland.
2. Proven track record in OTC, consumer healthcare, or FMCG sales leadership.
3. Expertise in UK retail buying cycles, category management, and promotional planning.
4. Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
