Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Fitness Manager located in Reading. The Fitness Manager will support the General Manager in the daily operations of the gym, including managing staff, ensuring a high level of customer service, maintaining the facility, and overseeing member engagement. Additional responsibilities include implementing health and safety policies, driving membership sales, coordinating marketing activities, and managing budgets to achieve financial targets.
Qualifications
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
* Experience in facility management and maintenance
* Proven ability in sales and marketing
* Proficiency in using gym management software and MS Office Suite
* Understanding of health and safety policies and procedures
* Relevant qualifications in fitness or business management are advantageous
* Flexibility to work shifts and weekends as required
