Job Summary:
We are seeking a Service Desk Analyst to provide on-site IT and AV support in a corporate office environment. Responsibilities include hardware/software troubleshooting, device imaging, asset management, and supporting AV systems for meetings and live events.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide end-user IT support (hardware, software, network).
* Image and refresh computers and devices.
* Track and maintain IT asset inventory.
* Troubleshoot printers, software issues, and connectivity problems.
* Support and maintain AV equipment (projectors, video conferencing, etc.).
* Assist during live events and meetings with AV setup.
* Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions.
Requirements:
* 1+ year of IT support experience (freshers with strong technical background may apply).
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Basic understanding of AV systems and networking.
* Ability to lift equipment (up to 50 lbs) and travel if needed.
Preferred:
* Experience with ITSM tools, video conferencing platforms, or life sciences/pharma environments.
