What we are looking for …
We’re founder-first, community-powered, and conviction-led. As our portfolio grows and the opportunities at Seed+ expand, we’re looking for a sharp, collaborative, and globally minded Investment Manager to help us lead the next wave.

We lead our deals and we show up. That means setting terms, making decisions, and acting as the capital partner to the founders we back. We don’t operate in silos or chase consensus, we focus on clarity, conviction, and doing the work together.
This Investment Manager role is about driving that forward. You’ll lead investments alongside one of the partners, coordinate our internal thinking, and bring the full weight of our team and community to every deal. You’ll stay close to portfolio companies as they raise again and develop follow-on and bilateral opportunities. And you’ll help us continually sharpen how we source, evaluate, and support the best early-stage companies.
It’s a high-ownership role, but it’s not a solo act. We’re looking for someone who thrives on the team win, values open collaboration and wants to grow into independent deal leadership over time, including board-level exposure.

Lead exceptional deals
* Source, assess, and lead investments across pre-seed and seed, with increasing responsibility at Seed+.
* Run the full process: founder engagement, diligence, IC papers, negotiation, and close.
* Shape rounds with our broader community; including LPs, advisors, and operators who bring capital and insight.
* Partner closely with one of the founding partners on every deal - bringing clarity, pace, and shared conviction.
Support Scaling Companies
* Track portfolio progress to support follow-ons and help founders prepare for their next raise
* Identify bilateral and breakout investment opportunities where we can lean in further
* Stay founder-close and market-aware to spot emerging opportunities early
* Start to build board-readiness and strategic oversight for future involvement
Improve how we Invest
* Contribute to how we evaluate companies and sharpen our decision-making frameworks.
* Help us apply the best tools, tech, and data to our investment process.
* Share knowledge and ideas openly - you’re not the only expert in the room, and that’s the point.
* Guide junior team members and raise the overall quality of our investment thinking.

* Experience that crosses the table: 4–7 years across early-stage investing and operating/founding roles.
* Global mindset: understanding what it takes for venture-backed businesses to scale across markets.
* Track record in deals: you’ve led or shaped early-stage investments and know how to evaluate what matters.
