About the Role
Join a leading main contractor delivering high-quality projects across healthcare andmercial sectors. We’re looking for an experienced Finishing Foreman / Finishing Manager to oversee the final stages of a major build in Derbyshire.
You’ll manage finishing trades, coordinate snagging works, and ensure a defect-free handover while maintaining programme deadlines and health & safetypliance.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise finishing trades and ensure quality standards
Manage snagging and handover process
Liaise with site management and subcontractors
Maintain health & safetypliance
Requirements
CSCS Card (Gold, Black, or White)
SMSTS certification
First Aid qualification
Previous experience in a similar finishing role
Strong attention to detail
Own transport
