Social Worker – Adults with Learning Disabilities Rhondda Cynon Taf 3 months Up to £38.43 per hour (Umbrella) Full time preferred | Part time considered Hoop Social Work are delighted to be supporting Rhondda Cynon Taf Council in the recruitment of Social Workers to join their Adults with Learning Disabilities Team, based at Ty Elai, Williamstown, Rhondda. This is a short-term contract opportunity, created to cover a permanent vacancy within the service. The role will be covering the West of the County working with adults with a learning disability who may also present with additional complexities such as ASD, communication needs, behaviours that challenge, and physical or mental health needs. The team holds long-term cases and works closely within a multi-disciplinary framework, alongside Specialist Learning Disability Health Teams and a range of partner agencies.
