Here at The Mole Resort, we have launched a brand-new resort
set in acres of beautiful Devon countryside, jam-packed with delicious food and
drink and a whole lot of exciting activities.
As a Food and Beverage Manager you will be responsible for the profitable
and efficient running of our bars, restaurants and event venues. You will possess and demonstrate great
customer skills and contribute to a fantastic guest experience. You will also
be responsible for training and developing your team to live Mole standards.
What will I be
doing?
As F&B Manager here at the Mole you will be responsible for managing the team and service efficiently and effectively, covering all tasks relating to
guests, team and interactions with other departments. To ensure the food and beverage department teams provide a proactive and professional service to
deliver a seamless, safe and memorable experience to all our guests. Your specific responsibilities will include.

Review and maintain highest standards of operation
and service in line with the resort overall strategy and industry trends.

Be familiar with all operational standards and be
available to cover roles during busy periods.
·
Ensure the department is presented at its best, well organised, tidy and
equipment maintained.
Lead our weddings and events, being a clear contcat point for our clients.

Lead the team to interact frequently and daily
with our guests to seek feedback and build positive guest relations and
loyalty.
. Manage and maintain budgetary requirements with regard to cost and payroll.

Ensure team always complies with Health &
Safety standards.
·
Make sure the product is brand sensitive and
provides exceptional experiences to our guests.
·
Lead the team to up sell hotel services and
promotions.
·
Manage team development and performance using standard management tools.
Inspire and motivate the team to help create an environment that promotes
employee morale and encourages effective teamwork.

Perform a management role in emergency situations as assigned by line
manager and/or H&S Manager.
·
Assist other departments as and when necessary,
including helping with familiarisation visits and entertaining of clients where
necessary.
·
Communicate effectively with other departments.
·
Be aware and proactive with regard to the
financial performance of the department ie budgets, payroll etc.
