We are delighted to be partnering with a true European Patent and Trade Mark powerhouse on their search for a Trade Mark Attorney. This permanent position, based in London, offers a salary of up to £90,000 and is open to candidates ranging from newly qualified through to senior or managing associate level.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm with a first-class reputation, a strong international client base, and a consistently top-tier ranking in the key IP directories. The practice is thriving, with a diverse and high-quality portfolio of work spanning trade mark clearance, prosecution, oppositions, contentious matters, settlement negotiations, domain name disputes and online brand protection. You will also have the chance to work directly with overseas associates and support clients on cross-border matters, making this a truly international role.
The successful candidate will be a well-rounded Chartered Trade Mark Attorney and/or solicitor with solid experience advising clients on all aspects of trade mark law. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be expected to distil complex issues into clear, concise, and commercial advice. A proactive approach, intellectual curiosity and an eye for detail will be highly valued.
In addition to first-rate client work, the role offers significant scope for professional development. You will be encouraged to build a second specialism beyond your core trade mark practice, contribute to the group's business development, and represent the firm at conferences and industry events. The culture is collegiate, supportive and inclusive, with a strong emphasis on teamwork while also giving individuals the space to develop their own practice.
Alongside competitive remuneration, the firm offers an attractive benefits package including flexible working, private medical insurance, enhanced family leave, pension contributions, bonus opportunities and generous holiday entitlement.
This is a high-profile, high-responsibility and high-reward role with excellent career prospects at one of the leading names in the IP profession.
