District Nurse – Wigan
Long term locum – full time, £20 p/h.
* Provide nursing care to patients in their homes, including wound care, phlebotomy, B12 injections, BPM, Spirometry, Diabetes Management & Asthma Reviews.
* Work Monday-Friday 09:00 – 17:00 on an ongoing basis.
* Travel between patients' homes – full driving licence with own vehicle required.
Qualifications:
* Previous District Nursing experience.
* Enhanced DBS issued within 1 year.
* Up to date with mandatory training.
* NMC registration & Pin.
* Excellent communication skills – patient, friendly, reliable.
