You’ll bring a strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection, alongside the ability to build meaningful, trusting relationships through a relational approach. You’ll be confident in assessing needs and risk, working collaboratively with partners, and producing high‑quality reports. A commitment to equality, diversity, inclusion, and corporate parenting principles is essential, along with a desire to continuously learn and develop your practice. Experience or interest in systemic practice would be beneficial.
