Reporting to the Head of Mass Participation, you’ll lead a team of three to develop and deliver a dynamic portfolio of DIY and open challenge events. In this exciting role, you’ll focus on shaping and executing a strategy for growth in an area with huge potential. You’ll bring a strategic mindset and a keen eye for opportunity, building strong relationships across teams and with external partners, while inspiring your team to deliver exceptional supporter stewardship.
