Join Our Team as a Relief Officer:
This site is a financial institution situated in the heart of Edinburgh.
The role is based within the Facilities Team, reporting to the Wilson James Security and Facilities Manager and the client's representative on site.
The main function is providing onsite security and assurance to our prestigious client located in central Edinburgh, whilst assisting with facilities management.
About the Role:
You will be an experienced, ultra-professional, and very smart officer, accustomed to dealing with high-end clients in corporate environments. Flexibility and willingness to cover other roles within the team, including Front of House (which requires wearing a dress uniform in a concierge role), are essential.

What we are looking for:
SITE BASED REQUIREMENTS
* Perform security and facilities tasks as directed by management
* Support security and facilities operations on site
* Conduct security patrols using TrackTik device
* Monitor CCTV systems
* Manage on-site contractors
* Meet and greet staff and visitors
* Handle staff requests and coordinate with relevant departments
* Complete daily Electronic DOB reports
* Receive deliveries and mail
* Issue staff and contractor passes
* Escort contractors and visitors
* Lock the building and set intruder alarms during backshift and after weekend works
