* Greet and welcome visitors with a warm smile and professional demeanour.
* Answer and direct phone calls efficiently and courteously.
* Manage incoming correspondence, including emails and mail.
* Maintain an organised reception area that reflects our brand.
* Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
