About The Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Service Manager to join the Sunbelt Rentals Team. In this role, you will assist the Service Centre Manager in managing all areas of a busy Service Centre, driving the business forward to meet targets and ensure high standards of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for:
1. Supporting the management of the Service Centre team in line with company policies to maximize performance.
2. Ensuring compliance with contract administration procedures.
3. Coaching and motivating employees to deliver excellent service to all customers.
4. Ensuring all work and processes adhere to Health and Safety guidelines.
5. Maintaining high-quality customer care, service, and product standards.
6. Deputising for the Service Centre Manager in their absence.
Requirements include previous supervisory experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication and organizational skills, computer literacy with Microsoft Office, knowledge of Health and Safety practices, self-motivation, and a full driving license.
