We are in the process of reinvigorating our car sales department and require an entrepreneurially-minded leader to drive our plans for growth. The successful candidate will have a customer-centric mindset, a genuine passion and understanding of cars, along with an ability to think outside of the box.With the advent of online car-buying 'engines' and car supermarkets, the traditional approach to selling cars has lost traction. We intend to break the mold and carve out a specific niche for ourselves, offering for sale rare, high-quality, analogue performance cars to enthusiast customers.The successful candidate is assured to have the support of an experienced team behind them. The presentation of our cars is of the utmost importance, and every car we sell goes through a comprehensive pre-sales check and rectification by our expert on-site technicians. To ensure our customers have the best ongoing support, each car we sell includes an industry-leading "quibble-free" warranty.Key objectives for Hofmann's Sales Department include:• Implement a fresh marketing strategy leveraging our location, facilities, social media platforms, and events.• Maximize opportunities with existing customers, making the best possible use of our extensive database.• Streamline the process for getting cars to market, implementing the latest technology (such as AI) where relevant/advantageous.• Grow our sales turnover and its contribution to the business in line with the strategic plan.Requirements & Skills:• Demonstrable experience in sales with a positive attitude and a 'can-do' approach.• Demonstrable knowledge & passion for analogue performance cars.• Experience in car buying, an eye for a bargain but also an eye for what constitutes a great quality car.• Brilliant communication and leadership skills.• Experience in capitalizing on a valuable database.• Experience in event planning preferable.
