A supportive SEN primary school in Reading is looking for a Behaviour Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team. This long-term, full-time role offers the chance to work closely with pupils aged 5 to 11 who present with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and behavioural challenges.
The ideal candidate will be empathetic, calm under pressure, and genuinely passionate about supporting young people. Whether you're a Psychology, Criminology, or Counselling graduate, or someone experienced in youth work or care, this role provides an excellent platform to build your skills in behaviour support and education.

Salary: £89-£100 per day
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pmBehaviour Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:
