Job Description:
Job Title: Maths and English Teacher/Tutor
Location: South East England, Buckinghamshire, Milton Keynes
Job Duties:
* Plan and deliver engaging and effective Maths and English lessons to students.
* Assess student progress and provide feedback to help them improve their skills.
* Develop tailored teaching materials and resources to meet the needs of individual students.
* Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and achievements.
* Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress.
Required Qualifications:
* A relevant degree in Maths or English
* Teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
* Enhanced DBS check
Education:
* Degree in Maths or English
* Teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
Experience:
* Proven experience in teaching Maths and English
* Experience working with students of varying abilities
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong understanding of the Maths and English curriculum
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to motivate and inspire students
* Organisational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Further qualifications in Education or related field
* Experience with online teaching platforms
