Join Our Acute Cardiac Ward Team as a Nurse
This exciting opportunity is open to both newly qualified and experienced nurses eager to advance their careers in Cardiology. You will deliver high-quality nursing care to patients admitted to our 18-bedded Acute Cardiac Ward.
We seek highly motivated, enthusiastic, and flexible candidates with excellent communication skills who thrive in a team environment. Your commitment to providing compassionate care in an inclusive and supportive setting is essential.
You will care for a diverse range of cardiac conditions, including Myocardial Infarction, Heart Failure, Arrhythmias, Endocarditis, and Pericardial Effusions. Additionally, you will be involved in the pre- and post-care of patients undergoing interventional procedures in our adjacent Silver Heart Unit.
Candidates should be prepared to participate in our 24/7 rota, including covering Long Days, Nights, Weekends, and Bank Holidays as required.

Key Responsibilities
Utilising your clinical skills, you will assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate care for patients pre- and post-procedure. You’ll perform nursing interventions based on evidence-based practice, adapting your knowledge to meet patients' unique needs.
Work Requirements
You will participate in our 24/7 rota, working flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and bank holidays.

Demonstrating excellent communication skills is essential for delivering sensitive information and lifestyle advice effectively. You will collaborate with the team to ensure optimal patient care.
Additional Responsibilities
