In this pivotal role, you'll act as the main point of contact for trustees, sponsors, and internal stakeholders during DB pension scheme transitions, ensuring projects run smoothly from data migration and benefit specifications to member communications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate end-to-end transition projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met
* Act as the primary client relationship manager, building trust with trustees and sponsors
* Oversee core deliverables including scheme data migration, benefit specifications, and member communications
* Monitor project progress, escalate risks, and produce clear reports
* Provide technical guidance to colleagues and contribute to process improvements
