Love Teaching — But Want Your Life Back? Try Supply with Flexibility That Works for You.
Walk into a new classroom, enjoy a day of teaching, and head home without the marking or planning stress.
That’s what supply teaching with us feels like.
We work with a brilliant mix of schools across Cardiff and the Vale — from small, nurturing primaries to lively city schools and specialist SEN settings. Whether you thrive with Year 1s who love show and tell, confident Year 6s gearing up for transition, or pupils who need a calm, supportive approach — we’ll find the right fit for you.
Here’s the best part: you’re in control.
✅ Choose the days you want to work
✅ Pick your preferred key stage or type of school
✅ Explore SEN, mainstream, or alternative provision
✅ Take short-term bookings or long-term placements — your choice
We know every teacher’s situation is different. Some love the variety, others want to ease back in after a break, and many just want to teach without the constant admin. Whatever your reason, we’ll listen and find a setup that fits your lifestyle.
Our partner schools are welcoming, well-organised, and genuinely value supply staff — you’ll be treated as one of the team from day one. Start date will be 21 days on average after application.
