What You’ll Do
We’re looking for a super-organised, can-do Production Assistant to support our busy editorial and production teams. Responsibilities include booking crews, travel and kit for shoots; processing invoices; creating call sheets; and assisting on live shows. You’ll help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes, play a key role in post-production, and get involved with our sustainability efforts through the Albert Certification process. Responsibilities
* Provide key production assistance and administrative support for the editorial and production management teams across Premier League Productions
* Production administration: invoice and timesheet processing and cost-tracking
* Assist in post-production paperwork (scripts, stills lists, music cue sheets, etc.) and upload to the post-production archive system
* Assist in setting up multi-camera shoots; book crew, voiceovers, camera kit, travel, accommodation, locations and create call sheets; may be required to go onsite to ensure smooth production
* Act as point of contact for freelancers and suppliers
* Book and schedule staff/freelancers, including editors, producers and post-production facilities
* Capture data related to sustainable TV production (Albert Certification)
* Assist with scripting for shows and autocue during live broadcasts
* Deliver weekly Planning Document to Broadcasters
* Carry out other duties within the scope of the job as directed by the Production Manager
You Will Have The Following Strengths
* Previous administration experience
* Previous experience in a Production Assistant or Runner role
* Experience organizing shoots
* Experience creating call sheets
* Experience dealing with Health and Safety paperwork and risk assessments
* Knowledge of archive/stills/music clearances
* Knowledge of budgeting
* Experience processing invoices
* Experience managing bookings and scheduling personnel
* Experience in a people-facing role dealing with queries
* Appreciation for TV production processes (pre, production and post-production)
