CK Group are recruiting for a Helpline Operator to join a leading provider of advanced analytics, research and technology solutions to the life sciences industry on a contract basis for 3 months initially. Salary: £13.55 per hour PAYE Helpline Operator role: Coding and inputting large volumes of survey data and written freeform comments as necessary using bespoke verification software. Dealing with incoming calls from members of the public, NHS Staff members, Charity Organisations and some other ad-hoc on the survey helpline; providing advice, completing surveys over phone, information/support and actioning the calls as appropriate. Any ad hoc duties as required to assist with the smooth running of the organisation.
