Role : Care Assistant
Salary: £13 per hour
Job Type: Full Time
Shifts on offer*: Monday to Sunday Days (8am to 8pm), Nights (8pm to 8am)
Sugarman Health and Wellbeing are looking for Care Assistants to work with our service users in the Watford area. You will be supporting our service user who has Profound Learning Disabilities, as well as an array of clinical needs ranging from Cerebral Palsey, Epilepsy to Ventilation and a Catheter.
During the recruitment process, we will provide full competency assessment & sign off for care assistants to assist you for these clinical tasks.
they would love to get out into the community, to see his friends at the day Centre, as well as visiting family; therefore, there will be high levels of manual handling, to prevent pressure sores from occurring. You will be assisted alongside another care assistant at all times.
We are looking for care assistants that want a long-term career working with the service user where they can really make a difference to our service users' wellbeing of life. The ideal care assistant to work in this exciting role will be someone who is encouraging, patient and empathetic. Theoretical and Practical training is provided to ensure you have the correct skills and give yourself the opportunity to upskill yourself in the sector.

~ Ongoing support from our Office Team, Registered Managers and Clinical Nurses.
~ Weekly Pay via PAYE or Umbrella Schemes
~ DBS application registered with Sugarman Health and Wellbeing
A minimum of 6 months of professional UK Care experience.
~ Complex Care experience preferred but not a mandatory need.
~ To provide the correct compliance documents including updated Right to Work and original DBS certificate.
