Job Description
The Real Estate Solicitor will:
3. Advise clients on a range of real estate matters including investment, development, and disposals
4. Manage your own caseload of files while supporting senior team members on large projects
5. Supervise junior lawyers and support their professional development
6. Contribute to business development and marketing initiatives for the team
7. Collaborate with major corporate clients from diverse sectors, including retail, technology, and energy
The Successful Applicant
The Real Estate Solicitor should be:
8. A solicitor with 5+ years PQE in Real Estate
9. Experienced in handling complex real estate transactions, including investment, development, and disposals
10. Comfortable working independently and managing a varied caseload
11. Proactive in supporting junior team members and contributing to team growth
12. Likely to be working for a large regional, national or international law firm
13. An excellent communicator, both with clients and internal stakeholders
