Community Services Volunteer Administration Assistant
We are looking for a volunteer to support our Community Transformation Project with a variety of admin/IT tasks. If you have some experience of document production, copywriting or proof reading, we would love to hear from you!
We are now recruiting for a volunteer to provide IT/ Administrative Support for the Community Transformation Project.
If you have good IT skills, including proficient use of Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Forms; the ability to produce flow charts, graphs and convert documents into PDF format to produce professional visually pleasing documents and a good eye for detail this is the role for you!
If you have a few hours to spare, we are flexible and are happy to work around your availability. This role can be hospice based working, remote working or a mixture of both.
Specific tasks could include:
* Proof reading and formatting multiple policy documents to improve uniformity and ease of use.
* Production of flow chart diagrams.
* Assist with communication bulletins for the clinical teams to keep them informed of important changes as we progress through the transformation process.
* Assist with wording of, and production of key messages to be communicated to external organisations.
All volunteers will receive training to support them in their role.
St Elizabeth Hospice has a volunteer mileage/expenses policy which allows volunteers to claim expenses and mileage incurred whilst carrying out their role for the hospice.
