Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Team Manager to lead our team of 12 members, including 10 Telesales Account Managers, 1 Sales Support, and 1 Key Account Manager. The successful candidate will drive team performance to meet and exceed KPIs such as net revenue, order conversion, and customer retention. The role involves fostering a motivating and engaging team environment.
This fast-paced role is within the Away From Home Team, focusing on our direct-to-customer delivery model, which is strategic for our channel. The focus will be on winning with independent outlets for brands like Walkers, Quaker, and especially Pipers Premium Crisp.
* Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate the telesales team to achieve targets.
* Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching for continuous improvement.
* KPI Achievement: Drive the team to meet and exceed sales KPIs.
* Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, customer satisfaction, and retention.
* Training and Development: Identify training needs and organize sessions to enhance team skills.
* Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction.
* Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
* Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Finance departments to align strategies.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Telesales Manager or similar role.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to analyze sales metrics and performance data.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
