Preparing, setting up, and operating audio, video, lighting, and staging equipment for live events
Supporting the technical delivery of events on-site - ensuring everything runs smoothly
Loading, unloading, and checking kit pre- and post-event
Liaising with clients, producers, and internal teams to meet event requirements
Troubleshooting and problem-solving on the fly to keep events running at a high standard
Maintaining and caring for equipment - ensuring it's in top working conditionWhat we're looking for:
Proven experience in live events AV - ideally across corporate and/or creative events
Hands-on skills with sound desks, projectors, LED screens, microphones, lighting rigs, and video playback systems
A great communicator who stays calm under pressure
Strong organisational skills and a good level of technical troubleshooting
A full UK driving licence (preferable) and willingness to travel as requiredWhether you're a seasoned tech or an ambitious mid-level technician looking to step into bigger events and more complex AV set-ups, this is a brilliant opportunity to take your career to the next level.
