About the Role
You’ll be the first point of contact for HR support on-site, working closely with the HR Manager, wider leadership team and employees. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, operational environment and enjoys balancing day-to-day HR support with involvement in wider projects.
You will be responsible for:

Delivering new starter inductions and ensuring HR systems and personnel files are accurate and up to date.
Handling core HR administration including absence management, contractual changes, holiday records, and time & attendance data.
Supporting training activity, helping coordinate courses, bookings and compliance with the site training plan.
Managing temp-to-perm reviews and ensuring employment decisions are aligned with attendance and performance.
Working with managers on employee relations matters, including investigations, review meetings and general HR queries.
Collating HR metrics, producing reports and supporting improvement initiatives across the department.
Helping to deliver employee engagement activities and supporting the site leadership team with day-to-day admin.
About You
You’ll bring strong HR generalist experience from within a manufacturing environment and the confidence to support managers at all levels. You should be comfortable working in an environment where no two days are the same.
We’re looking for:
CIPD Level 5 (or working towards)
4–5 years’ experience in a generalist HR role
Experience within a manufacturing or operational environment
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent organisation, adaptability and attention to detail
Ability to analyse data and produce accurate HR reports (advanced Excel is beneficial)

If you feel your experience aligns with the above and a full time on site role is ideal for you, we would love to discuss this opportunity in more detail and look forward to your CV / Application
