We are delighted to be supporting a growing business in Ayrshire in their search for an experienced HR Adviser. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic organisation experiencing significant growth and change, where you'll play a key role in supporting its people agenda.
As part of a collaborative and supportive wider HR team, you’ll act as a trusted adviser across a range of generalist HR matters. This role offers real scope for development and progression as the business continues to expand.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of people-related matters.
* Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, learning and development, and offboarding.
* Partner with line managers to resolve employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and consistent approach in line with policy and best practice.
* Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that support business growth and cultural development.
* Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
* Assist in the continuous improvement of HR processes and contribute to the development of HR best practices.
About You
* Proven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within a fast-paced or growth-focused environment.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
* Confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the business.
* Proactive, solution-focused, and adaptable to change.
* CIPD qualification (Level 5 or working towards) is desirable.
