Role:- Sales Executive
Salary:- £18,000 OTE £55,000 + Car
Location:- Basingstoke
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Executive for a well-established and highly successful Dealership in Basingstoke working with a German Prestige Brand.
1. Basic of £18,000 plus commission (up to £55,000), with a very fair guarantee for the first 3 months while you settle in and receive training
2. Excellent commission structure
3. Very desirable brand with a large market share giving you the best chance to sell and earn well
4. Company car
Key responsibilities as a Sales Executive:
5. Return email/telephone calls, other administrative functions include processing transaction paperwork
6. Maximize sales opportunities whilst ensuring complete customer satisfaction
7. Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales
8. To achieve monthly sales targets for New and Used vehicles, achieving the minimum profit targets
9. Achieve monthly sales targets for additional profit centres including finance and insurance
10. Identifying and targeting prospective clients
11. Making appointments to discuss prospects and client’s needs
Minimum requirements as a Sales Executive:
12. Experience of sales within the Motor Trade is required for this role
13. Experience of the Kerridge/ADP DMS system would be highly advantageous
14. Self-motivated and dedicated individual
15. Ability to work within a team
16. Must have a Driving License
17. Excellent telephone and face to face communication skills
18. Highly presentable, ambitious and target driven, you will have a strong passion for car sales in order to meet and exceed agreed targets for the sale of vehicles and related products.
