What You'll Be Doing: Supporting the processing of supplier invoices accurately and promptly
Matching invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes
Assisting with weekly and monthly payment runs
Helping reconcile supplier statements and resolving invoice queries
Maintaining and updating supplier information
Assisting the wider finance team with month-end processes and reporting
Responding to internal and external finance-related queries
What We're Looking For: Some previous experience in a finance or accounts assistant role (placement or internship experience welcome)
Good understanding of basic accounting principles
