You will lead a committed team, develop a highimpact curriculum, and use data intelligently to raise attainment and close gaps.
Your leadership will extend beyond the classroom: nurturing staff talent, building strong partnerships with primary schools, engaging positively with families, and contributing to wholeschool priorities including literacy, numeracy and inclusive education.
