Sora Recruitment is proud to be working with a growing Facilities Management company in Chipping Sodbury. We're looking for a motivated Administrative & Helpdesk Coordinator to join their dynamic and supportive team.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team
*
Be the first point of contact for helpdesk and customer service queries
*
Schedule and coordinate jobs for engineers
*
Liaise with both clients and internal teams
*
Administer timesheets and input purchase invoice data (note: no financial responsibilities)
✅ What We’re Looking For:
*
Essential: Experience in Facilities Management
*
Desirable: Familiarity with CAFM systems (e.g. Simpro, Pronett, Expansive FM)
*
Strong communication and organisational skills
*
A proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented approach
*
A team-first attitude with a willingness to grow within the role
